What is ANCLA?

The Association of Neighbors Concerned for Latino Advancement (ANCLA) is a grassroots organization founded in 1989 with the following statement of purpose:

  • To improve dialogue between the Latino community at large and increase awareness of the diversity within Latino cultures.
  • To educate the public on issues affecting the Latino community serving as a catalyst to promote policy change within government and community service agencies.
